Referral Rewards

About 90% of my work as a freelancer over the past five years has come through word of mouth recommendations, and for that I am very grateful. As I’m now in a position to increase my workload again after a period of maternity leave, I’m introducing a “thank you” reward for future word of mouth referrals.

Ingrid from Dec + Dash Legal Consulting set out some terms for a referral rewards program for me (which you can read here). Legal jargon and small print aside, it will work like this:

FOR THE NEW CLIENT: If you refer a new client to me, they’ll receive a 20% discount on their first invoice.

FOR YOU: Once they pay that invoice, I’ll send you a code for £50 that can either be used on my social media / copywriting / photography services as listed here on my website or used as credit to apply to any purchases in my Etsy print shop. 

HOW TO JOIN IN

If you know someone who runs a small business or perhaps an artist or maker who would be a good match, simply send an introduction email, and if we decide to work together, all of us will benefit. Alternatively, you can tell someone about my work and they can mention your name when they email me to enquire about work for the first time.

I can help with social media strategy and/or running accounts, writing projects such as copy for website or newsletters, photography for local artist clients and other related services as detailed in the Work with Me pages.
